As our
Junior Graphic Designer your key responsibilities will be:

Study & follow set design briefs and determine requirements
Create and design various materials for printed collateral and digital assets e.g. flyers, billboards, images for social media/web, digital display banners, adverts and other communication materials
Ensure projects are completed to a high quality and on schedule
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
Conceptualise visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations and other designs using software or by hand
Use appropriate colours and typefaces
Ensure all final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on brand
Establish creative direction for the company as well as assist with the evolution of brand guidelines

What you'll bring to toob:

Proven graphic design experience
Experience in design, digital, print and animation for web and social media using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and meet strict deadlines
Be highly motivated and passionate about brand marketing
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Be able to prepare final design files for both print and digital publications, ensuring assets meet all technical requirements
Possess great communication skills, creative, resourceful and a team player
