    for our Children, Youth andFamily department
    - maximum 20 hours per week,initially for one year -

    Digitization is ourfuture We are therefore looking for support for the implementationof important digitization projects.

    Thesewill be your main tasks:

    Introduction of thenew specialist software OK.JUS (AKDB) and, among other things:

    • Support in the development ofdigital processes
    • Setting up existingprocess definitions within the system
    • Datamigration and error analysis / correction
    • Testing and documentation of open and solved problems
    • Advice and support for colleagues on system-relatedissues
    • Exporting statistics-relevant datafrom the system
    • Support with theintroduction of the digital file
    • Cooperationwith the AKDB as provider of the specialist procedures used

    What we expect from you:

    • (Full-time) degree in computerscience and IT - desirable: degree in social informatics,administrative informatics or business informatics; alternatively:degree in computer science with a focus on process management ordigitization
    • You have an interest in processmodeling
    • You have a structured, organizedand independent way of working
    • You are astrong communicator and enjoy working in a team
    • You are willing to adapt your weekly working hours tothe induction phase (approx. twelve to 20 hours per week)
