Site Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment - Externals

Location:
West London

Site Manager required to manage an external refurbishment project in West London.

Project:

The project is a £3.2 million project in West London. Work consists of the external refurbishment of 2 tower blocks including new roofs, new windows and concrete repair.

Company Overview:

Our client has established itself as one of the largest and most successful providers of social housing schemes in the South East.

Individual:

The successful individual will have previous experience with external packages dealing with high rise projects and large scaffolding packages on residential schemes.

Experience with tenants in situ / occupied refurbishments is essential.
