    Our Fraud and Credit Hireteam at DWF provide expertise in Motor - Credit Hireand are currently hiring for a Paralegal.

    The Credit Hire team act for multiple high profile Insurer companies and deal with a variety of cases including, Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi Track claims.


    The role represents an opportunity to have responsibility and progress a Motor Insurance (defendant) litigated Credit Hire caseload to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients.

    Whilst ensuring high levels of service delivery and, maintaining management information under the terms of the client's service level agreements (SLA's).


    We are seeking applications from candidates who can demonstrate a real interestin Credit Hire work and has experience in proactively managing a litigated caseload of Motor Credit Hire Insurance cases to conclusion.


    Including the following expertise:

    knowledge of the Credit Hire & PI technical principles, effective use of case management systems,meeting client SLA's, works flexibly in adjusting to changes in priority of workload, strong communication, administrative skills and attention to detail.


    An ideal candidate for the role will already posses the relevant skills, knowledge and experience required to effectivelyruna Motor Credit Hire caseload.

    The role is hybrid, with office attendance required two days per week.
