Job Summary:

As the Head of Fundraising, you will be responsible for creating and implementing fundraising strategies to meet income targets while upholding the Trust's values and reputation.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and Trustee group to develop sustainable income plans including Fundraising and Communications Strategies.
• Team Management: Lead and support the Fundraising and Communications Team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources for success.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Track income and expenses, prepare budgets, and provide detailed forecasts for review.
• Events, Campaigns & Income Generation: Maximize income streams, lead fundraising campaigns, manage trust applications, and nurture partnerships.
• Donor Retention: Develop strategies to retain donors and enhance advocacy.
• Governance: Ensure compliance with fundraising policies, GDPR, and regulatory codes.

Experience and Skills:

• Previous management experience in fundraising and budgeting.
• Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in report writing, IT, CRM systems, and social media.
