**The Role - LSA
**For this role, we are actively recruiting for an experienced LSA who is enthusiastic about taking on new challenges. The role will require you to work in a SEN school, providing academic and emotional support to students who have Social, Emotional,Mental Health needs. You will be required to take a nurturing but firm approach to the students' learning in order to build a rapport with them and encourage them to take a more independent approach to the learning. Due to the students' needs, the ideal LSAwill need to have experience working with children or young people who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs as well as challenging behaviour.
**SEMH School - LSA
**This thriving SEMH school is located in the London Borough of Hillingdon and caters for students between the ages of 11-16 years who have Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs. They currently have 48 students who attend the school and an Ofsted ratingof 'Good' from their last inspection in June 2018. This SEMH school has good transport links available.
