With 8 depots across the UK, M Group Services Plant & Fleet Solutions provide innovative plant and fleet asset management solutions across M Group Services.

We provide our business with more than
9,000 vehicles and over
25,000 owned or externally hired plant assets.


Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.


Who you are?
This role will sit within our Compliance Service Centre Support Desk. This is a new role created to provide administrative support for back-office support activities. Including Vehicle Excise Duty, PCN's, NIP's, and lease company damage recharge process.

As the CSC Support Administrator, you'll get the opportunity to:

  • Be an active member of the CSC back-office support team.
  • Be flexible in your approach to task management and activity assignment.
  • Support the wider team with activities that may sit outside your core job role.
  • Effectively manage the inbound and outbound process for NIPs, PCN's, tolls, fees and fines. Instigate a robust method to challenge any inbound fines to provide a group wide saving.
  • Effectively manage the Vehicle Excise Duty process ensuring that all vehicles and plant are fully compliant, including the management of vehicles and plant that are SORN.
  • Take responsibility for the recharging of damage to our customers, including external lease company charges, PFS recharges (internal / external), windscreens and tyres.
  • Ensure that all core systems are updated as required with data for own area of operation.

What you'll bring?

  • Experience in the Plant and Fleet industry.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Understanding of complex data.
  • Good IT and system experience, understanding and use of scheduling systems and telephony systems.
  • Ability to deal with complex customer requirements and dispute resolution.
