The Role
Within Hiscox we focus on six operational pillars of excellence and we expect you as BAM to deliver on these:

Strategy
Help define, plan, and deliver the required IT capabilities to support the Finance and Group IT strategy.

People leadership - recruit develop and manage a team of IT professionals permanent contractors and third-party staff in accordance with Hiscox standards and values.

Communication

Ensure effective communication exists between the Business, IT teams and 3rd Parties on the above areas.

Key Responsibilities

You will have had a strong resource management experience, exceptional enterprise scale project management experience and proven estimation, transition and implementation experience coupled with the management of supplier relationships to deliver this totime, budget and purpose.

You will have strong service level management from operational perspective and excellent people leadership ability covering both internal and external team management development and recognition where appropriate.

You will have strong communication skillsbecome an ambassador for IT within Hiscox and reflect the value that we hold as a respected and valued organisation.
