ESOL Mentor/Trainer

Contract type:
Full Time (37.Join us as an ESOL Mentor/Trainer Your role would involve delivering diverse training courses to equip customers with essential skills for employment, training, or further education. You'll manage paperwork diligently, match candidates with suitable vacancies, and organise work placements. As an ESOL Mentor/Trainer, you'll enhance language proficiency and functional independence in ESOL adults. Deliver a variety of training and one to one support designed to prepare the customer for securing employment including via work placement/trial that will lead to employment
Provide one to one support for our customers, job search sessions, exploring the local labour market and securing interviews with employers
Work with employers, training providers and other agencies to strengthen the service we provide to our customers, including booking them in to deliver a session on the course
Level 2 English and Maths as a minimum
Experience of delivering training and/or teaching people of all ages (minimum of 1
Experience in delivering training to adults where English isnt their first language
Ability to deliver training to groups and individuals.
Overseas equivalent qualifications will be accepted.
