Project Manager - Construction

Our London-based client is an established contractor that serves the private commercial market with high-end commercial fit-out and new build projects in the private sector.

They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a £10m+ construction project and ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery. The ideal candidate should possess skills in project management, site management, health and safety, cost reporting, and stakeholder relationships.

The applicant should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction sector, expertise in the Commercial sector, and a Construction Degree, MCIOB, or Industry experience. A full UK Driving License is essential.
