    We are currently working alongside our client who is currently looking for an Administrator on an temp to perm basis, our client is based near Neilston.

    You must have your own transport for this role


    MUST BA ABLE TO DRIVE

    This role will involve:
    Updating time sheets
    Scanning and printing invoices
    Job sheets for workers
    Setting up jobs for workers for the following day
    Answering phones
    Updating system with invoices for clients

    For this role you will have the following skills:

    Good planning and organisational skills
    Communication skills - good written English and verbal English
    Time management skills
    Strong IT skills


    Hours:
    Monday to Friday
    Week 1 =
    Week 2 =
