Blue Arrow Derby are proud to be working in partnership with a leading marketing company within the Long Eaton area and they are looking to recruit for a Telesales Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis (part time roles are also available)

Hours:
Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00.

Friday: 09:00 - 16:00


Salary:
£20,280 + bonuses


Duties will include:

• Making outbound b2b calls, contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about the services on offer.
• Following up leads over email
• Answering any queries about the service or company
• Aiming to attract relevant organisations to promote their businesses within the range of healthcare publications.
• Understanding customer requirements with a view to closing sales

About you:

• At least 1 years of sales experience.
• Solid work history within customer service
• Previous experience working within a busy office environment
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong communication skills
• Good skills with the MS packages - Word, Outlook, Excel
• Highly approachable with good interpersonal skills
• Motivational to work alone or as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to learning new skills to support business requirements.
• Self-starting with a positive outlook and determination to succeed.
