Freemans Event Partners are the leading provider of event and stadium public catering in the UK.

We operate at over 400 events a year, working in partnership with prestigious sporting and entertainment values such as Silverstone and Twickenham, and enjoying excellent supplier relationships with market-leading brands.


OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB


Working in the Brand Partnerships division of the company, managing brand activations and onsite brand presence at our events throughout the year.

This is an active and diverse role requiring excellent project management and creative skills.

This role requires on-site presence at a number of our events throughout the summer months and will require travel across the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.


MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the Brand Partnerships Account Manager to deliver brand plans and activations across our events to maximise funding
  • Work across a multitude of FMCG brands
  • Create and project manage brand plans for client approval and execution onsite at our events
  • Working with the different divisions within the business to ensure brands plans are delivered onsite at events
  • Working with brands to achieve their objectives and ROI
  • Producing creative briefs, concepts and ideas in line with brand objectives and guidelines
  • Producing and managing brand activations onsite at events, including build and breakdown
  • Working with external agencies to produce POS and merchandise
  • Attending and presenting at brand meetings
  • Managing photography and videography briefs and execution on site at events
  • Prepare budgets, raise purchase orders, invoices and responsibility of brand P&Ls
  • Ensure brand income is managed and within the budget requirements
  • Ensure brand content is correct, implemented correctly and evidenced at key events
  • Ensure brands have support throughout the year with wrap up reviews, meetings and onsite presence
  • Build brand relationships year on year to maximise growth
  • General adhoc tasks to support the brand team

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

Essential

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an agency or brand environment
  • Account management and project management experience
  • A creative thinker good knowledge and understanding of the design process
  • Ability to prioritise effectively
  • Great at building client relationships
  • Ability to work alone and well with others
  • Strong finance skills and the ability to manage budgets
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage several tasks at the same time with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working to brand guidelines
  • Ability to identify brand needs and offer solutions to drive incremental business
  • Organised, flexible with a cando attitude
  • Strong communicator
  • Experience working with a range of suppliers
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good powerpoint and excel skills
