We are looking for a Fire Safety Joiner to join the Building Safety Team in this new role.

As a Fire Safety Joiner you will provide all types of fire safety joinery repairs, to tenanted and vacant properties, within a customer service quality driven repair and maintenance service.

This is a temporary position for a duration of 4 months with possibility of extension.
Outline of Key responsibilities of the Fire Safety Joiner...

~To carry out all types of Fire safety Joinery repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties as per job tickets, specifications and contract drawings.
~ Ensure repairs are completed with high quality workmanship and meet relevant building regulations and standards.
~ Participate in overtime, stand-by, and call-out shift schedule as needed.
~ Experience in joinery along with other relevant building disciplines.
Relevant qualification and experience, such as City and Guilds Advanced Craft Certificate in Carpentry & Joinery.

~ Hourly rate:
£19-23p/h

~ Additional earnings from the call-out rota
