Pre Market Property Coordinator

Reports to/Line Manager - Pre Market Team Leader

  • Full Time Permanent
  • Hybrid Working (After Probation)_


  • Monday to Friday

  • NG6_
- £21,255 per annum (OTE £25,755)_
- (8:30am - 5:00pm and 9:00am - 5:30pm) - 1 Saturday to be worked in every 4._


Role Purpose

  • To ensure all valuations requests from Clients are dealt with within SLA's.
  • To ensure effective communication with both internal and external clients
  • To make appointments with vendors and nominated Estate Agents.
  • To chase Agents for return of paperwork to enable efficient production of packs by the Property Valuation Coordinators
  • To provide excellent customer service to clients to ensure that business relationships are maintained and sustained to ensure the company grows and develops in line with its financial forecast.
  • To deliver targets to both clients and colleagues

Main Accountabilities

  • To log all requests onto Compass within SLA's
  • To liaise with vendors to arrange suitable appointments.
  • To arrange valuation appointments with nominated Estate agents.
  • To keep clients updated with each stage of the process.
  • To confirm appointments with Agents on the day arranged.
  • To ensure an effective audit trail on Compass with relevant notes.
  • To chase the return of paperwork to enable the efficient production of property valuation reports.
  • To be aware of Client's requirements to ensure these are met.
  • To liaise with both internal and external colleagues with effective communication to ensure business relationships are maintained and sustained.
  • Weekend working will be required.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be required as business needs dictate.
  • To work towards individual and team targets as per the company's financial forecast.

Knowledge & Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi‐task.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
  • PC Literate.
  • Work planning and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures
