    Description

The South Tees Safeguarding Children's Partnership (STSCP) are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Partnership Administrator to join the current STSCP Business Unit.

As the Partnership Administrator you must be dedicated and driven, as you will play an integral role in the work of the Partnership, which encompasses a wide range of professionals and agencies across Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland.

The main element of the role is to convene numerous meetings and events, some of which will be within an identified timeframe whilst some will be as and when required. You will also need to collate and disseminate relevant information associated with the meetings.

As the Administrator, you will also be the Partnership main point of contact for the STSCP Training. This will include scheduling the training dates in line with the respective trainer's availability, sourcing venues, circulating the training information to a wide range of professionals/agencies, and allocating places to professionals wishing the attend.

As the Partnership Administrator will be supporting the work of the Partnership Manager, the Partnership Co-ordinator and the Quality and Performance Officer, you must be a good communicator, with effective organisational and problem-solving skills. You will also be expected to receive, respond and re-direct telephone calls and emails from a wide rang of professionals.

You will not be expected to know and perform all the tasks encompassed by the role immediately and the necessary training and support will be provided.

We welcome applications from individuals with a working knowledge of arrangements for safeguarding children, as this post provides you with the opportunity to make a real difference for the children and young people across the South Tees.

The work of the STSCP is to ensure that every child and young person in Middlesbrough and Redcar and Cleveland feel safe and secure to enable them to reach their full potential.
