One which allows you to play a pivotal role in a business? This one isn't a narrow FBP role in a massive business where you get a tiny piece of the pie to analyse, and feedback on.

It's an FBP role where you can make a difference.

It will suit someone who almost, doesn't seem themselves as a traditional accountant. It'll suit someone who sees them as a commercial individual who happens to be a qualified accountant.

Based in Derby. With a good hybrid working mix and a great team.

They are happy to explore applicants from practice, industry, financial accounting, or commercial. This one is all about the natural stakeholder management skills. It requires someone with exceptional business partnering capability, but, doesn't requiresomeone to have all the experience already.

The Role:

In this position, you will partner with Directors of various business units. You'll be their eyes and ears from a finance perspective advising them on how they can drive commercial performance.

You'll be at the forefront of supporting business growth through your analytical expertise and business insights. You'll be regularly presenting highly insightful data from which, key decisions will be made in the business.

Key areas will include the usual budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting and insights into unexpected variances. As well as analysis of strengths, weaknesses in the business areas.

Requirements:

CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualified.
