Position Overview:

As a 360 recruiter based in Birmingham, you will play a pivotal role in their thriving organisation. You will have roles to work from day one. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent within the IT/tech sector.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with their clients and internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their hiring requirements, provide insights, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the construction industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape to identify and attract top talent.
Leveraging the firm's existing relationships to map out your own market focus.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and contribute to the organisation's overall success.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Significant experience in recruitment, specifically within the IT industry.
Experience with bringing on new business within IT
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
Selfmotivated, proactive, and resultsoriented with the flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
