- Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Communication:
- Collaborate with internal teams for efficient operations.
- Facilitate communication between customers and departments.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- 2 weeks training starting from April in Tamworth, Staffordshire - all expenses paid for
- A DBS Check will be undertaken during the first 2 weeks of employment.
