    Key Responsibilities
    The main responsibilities are as follows:
    • Manage product delivery projects across different asset classes for the private or public asset channels. These can include fund launches, share class launches and fund changes; they are product delivery projects, rather than IT or Regulatory change projects.
    • The successful candidate will be required to motivate a multi-functional team of M&G (and/or external) representatives to ensure the project delivers on time and within budget.
    • Production of all project documentation, including implementation plans, Project Board papers, delivery runbooks and RAID logs.
    • Build successful relationships with the project delivery partners, including Product Development, fund administrator, trustee / custodian and auditor, as well as representatives from other functional areas, e.g. Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Product Governance.
    • Manage project resourcing and financials, producing weekly / monthly MI and project reports.
    • Work collaboratively within a team, utilising Agile toolsets and processes for delivery. Note: Previous Agile experience is not essential.
    • Use the Agile environment to challenge ways of working and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.

    Requirements and Experience
    This role is ideally suited to someone who can demonstrate:
    • The successful candidate will have project management experience in financial services with good asset management knowledge, with an understanding of different approaches (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
    • A proven track record of successfully leading on, and delivering product launch and change initiatives within a front office environment, across a wide range of functions.
    • Ability to take a hands-on role within the project, working with fund managers and investment professionals and experience of delivering to senior stakeholders.
    • Experience of delivering product initiatives in retail and/or institutional space particularly under UK, Lux and Irish regulations, as well as non-regulated structures. Some examples of relevant experience includes OEICs, SICAVs, ICAVs, ACSs, RAIFs, QIAIFs, LPs, and s110 structures.
    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, with excellent active listening skills.
    • Strong influence and negotiating skills with an ability to manage a variety of stakeholders.
    • Willingness to work to tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects, taking into account evolving business priorities.
    • Strong analytic and proven problem-solving skills with an ability to negotiate pragmatic solutions to meet conflicting business requirements.
    • Highly motivated, proactive and resilient.
    • Ability to be flexible and to manage ambiguity during project delivery.
    • Must be a team player and able to work with and through others.
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation, with strong relationship management skills.
    • Good investment management knowledge in equities, fixed income, and multi-asset, in particular in ESG.
    • Good awareness of related regulations (e.g. UCITS, AIFMD, MiFID2 etc.).

    Ideally, but not obligatory:
    • IMC.
    • A project management qualification such as Agile PM or Prince 2.
    • Experience of collaboration tools such as Jira and MS Teams.
    • Experience in fixed income and private alternative assets e.g. Real Estate Debt, Private credit, Alternative Assets, Restructure, Leverage Loans and other esoteric instruments.

    Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.
