My client is a dynamic and innovative brand seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to join the expanding in team covering the Southwest and Wales If you are all about delivering and unforgettable experiences from immersive gaming and interactive activities to lively events and exceptional dining, my client creates vibrant spaces were fun meets competition.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of our venues across Wales, ensuring smooth and efficient running of all activities.
    • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
    • Drive operational excellence, implementing best practices to optimize customer experience and profitability.
    • Collaborate with various departments including marketing, finance, and HR to achieve business objectives.
    • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness within our venues.

    Requirements:
