- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Proven experience in litigation, with a focus on commercial insolvency, merger requisition, and insurance law cases.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution methods.
