    As a PMO (Project Management Office) at Emagine Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects within our investment banking clients. Your responsibilities will vary depending on the deployment but will gain a variety of experience across a number of business and project areas.

    Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Take charge of the full lifecycle of projects, managing budgets, ensuring successful delivery within set parameters.
  • Oversee project governance and ensure project adherence to standards and reporting requirements
  • Collation of project documentation and data and distillation of this into concise management reporting, senior stakeholder meeting materials and identifying areas for data quality improvement.
  • Attend meetings, maintain minutes and track actions, holding action owners accountable for delivery of key tasks
  • Providing clear communication with the key stakeholders of the project's status and RAIDs, all of which require ongoing, proactive management
  • Log and manage project decisions, ensuring transparency of the decision making and approval process and communication to appropriate internal and external governance forums and stakeholders
  • Creation of agenda and materials for senior stakeholder meetings
  • Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in a PMO role, showcasing your expertise in project management and program governance.
  • Understanding of financial services products, particularly in loans and deposits would be advantageous.
  • Essential experience within the banking sector , demonstrating a deep understanding of financial products and services.
  • Ability to think strategically, translate meeting notes into concise summaries, and make informed decisions that contribute to the success of the programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with various stakeholders, from Programme Managers to Programme Directors.
  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, balancing office presence with remote work while maintaining high standards of performance.
  • Proven experience in running comprehensive Risk, Assumption, Issues, and Dependency (RAID) management, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of project risks.
