CNC Setter / Operator

Location: Near Camberley, Surrey

Our client is located near Camberley, Surrey and are looking for experienced CNC Setter Operators on both their Metal Milling and Turning sections. This will be for both their day shift and night shift if you are either an experienced CNC Miller or Turning or both then we would love to hear from you.

Extremely competitive hourly rate, plenty of overtime paid at time and half. Nightshift offers a third uplift on basic hourly rate.

CNC Miller - Setting and operating various CNC milling centres to drawing/customer requirements.

Machines include 3, 4 and 5 axis Mazak, Matsuura and Dugard VMC, with a range of controls such as Fanuc, mazatrol, Siemens and Yaznak.

CNC Turner - setting and operating duties in the CNC Turning section machining components from a range of materials. The machine controls are mostly either Mazak or Fanuc. We have two Turn/Mill Lathes one of which has a Y axis and sub-spindle. There is also a Mazak J200 Integrex Mill/Turn in the section.

Previous experience working within Aerospace sector is preferred.

CNC Setter / Operator Miller or Turner - Hours of work

Nightshift: 46-hour week Monday to Thursday, 17.00 to 5.00am

Day shift - Hours of work are Monday to Thursday (30 mins lunch), 7.30 – 12.30 Friday (no lunch) – making 39 hour week.
