- Collaborate closely with Researcher and Application Engineer to advance dynamic research projects, including Direct Lithium Extraction and Sunscreen UV Filter, among others.
- Take ownership of operating and maintaining state-of-the-art synthesis, analytical, and testing equipment.
- Conduct material analysis and characterisation for ongoing projects.
- Employ your data analysis skills to derive meaningful conclusions and contribute to report writing.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of the lab through general lab duties and administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or other relevant fields.
- Eligible to work in the UK (work visa sponsorship is not available for this role).
- Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hazard analysis.
- Showcasing your motivation, enthusiasm, and exceptional organisational skills, you are a self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision.
- Lab experience in wet chemistry is of advantage.
