- Establish and manage project governance meetings; co-ordinate pre read
- Co-ordinate and publish fortnightly status reporting
- Maintain project governance artefacts such as programme plans, risks, issues, dependency trackers and decision logs
- Proactively work with the programme to resolve issues, understand, and mitigate risks and keep dependency conversations live
- Manage escalation routes
- Manage programme input to portfolio planning
- Partner with the comm's lead to coordinate the production of content for internal communications around the transformation (supported by comm's professionals)
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and staff involved in Bupa's transformation
- Developing project progress reporting structures (including the identification of definition of KPIs).
- An experienced PMO with experience establishing and providing effective PMO for a complex multi- workstream programme
- Experience of working within finance change programmes
- Hold a project management qualification such as Prince 2 or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Quantitative analysis skills, including the ability to check reported data (operational, commercial, or financial) for accuracy, consistency, and basis of preparation.
- A familiarity with project management methodologies including agile

This role will be the lead Programme Office Manager (PMO) role on the Be Remarkable programme to deliver Bupa's ambitious new finance strategy. Bupa has embarked on a future of Finance programme, the aim of which is to build a high performing Finance function.
This includes integrated processes spanning Financial Analysis and Reporting, Regulatory and Statutory Reporting team, Finance Operations and Actuarial teams, using the Oracle Cloud platform to use data in a consistent and uniform way.
