Starting at
£11.15, progressing to £13.13 per hour


Contract:
Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday


Location:
Thirsk Waste Transfer Station, Thirsk

Yorwaste are looking for a Trainee Plant Operative to join our team, someone eager for a hands-on, fulfilling role in an organisation dedicated to enhancing community safety.

Joining us at Thirsk Waste Transfer Station, you will learn how all parts of the mobile plant are well maintained, how to correctly record site information such as hours and fuel, whilst working efficiently for the client and business.


You will be practical, motivated and enthusiastic, training to work independently on site to ensure a safe and positive working environment.

Every day is different, and duties can extend from machine servicing, customer service to housekeeping to maintain a clean site.
