Are you a Building Control Surveyor seeking a fresh challenge in Essex? Sarto Thomas are delighted to collaborate with a client in the Building Control industry as they search for a professional to join their team.

As a Building Control Surveyor, you will be at the forefront of building control activities for our client's projects. This presents a remarkable opportunity for a candidate with a demonstrated track record in building control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a portfolio of construction projects, including plan checking and site visits mainly domestic and low level commercial projects.

• Ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.

• Stay abreast of dynamic changes in building regulations and swiftly address compliance issues during construction.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders.

• Supporting the Building Control Manager

Qualifications and Experience:

• Mainly domestic some low level commercial

• Must be registered with the BSR at a class 2 or above

• Proven expertise in building control, showcasing a track record of successfully managing projects.

• Chartered Membership (Desired): Pursuit of or existing membership with a distinguished professional body (e.g., RICS, CABE).
