The Team:

You're going to be a part of my client's amazing engineering team that works together to bring exciting changes for our customers and internal operations teams.

You'll be reporting to one of their Engineering Managers, and working closely with engineers in your squad as well as business stakeholders to make sure that their roadmap is delivered on time.

The Ideal CandidatePrevious experience managing/mentoring multi-site technical teams in an agile environment.
Proven experience in software development and team leadership.
Strong understanding of software engineering processes and practices.

Participated in the hiring process to recruit skilled engineers and led the onboarding process to integrate new hires into the team smoothly.

Provided technical leadership in several areas of software development and stayed updated with the latest industry trends.
