The role assumes responsibility for administration of the BRCGS Professional scheme as well as with in-house and public training.


The role includes working with and supporting all members of the Performance Enhancement team under the direction of the Professional Scheme Manager to support the strategic aims of the department and wider business.

This is a full-time role based at the BRCGS London office.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Commercially aware and able to recognise opportunities to change and use initiative to improve our systems to benefit the customer
  • Able to communicate and develop relationships with a range of stakeholders from entry to senior management level
  • Able to demonstrate excellent IT skills experience of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook essential
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organisation, administration, and time management skills.
  • Highly accurate with close attention to detail
  • Able to demonstrate good understanding and experience administering Learning Management Systems
  • Able to demonstrate excellent English language skills
  • Able to work within tight deadlines
  • Able to demonstrate experience of working with a varied and changeable workload
  • Adaptable and flexible
  • Able to demonstrate a confident and proactive approach to work
  • A trusted and proactive team player, supporting team colleagues in driving a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in team administration support

DESIRABLE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of supply chain and/or global standards
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge or experience of working with LXP's, LMS and other relevant learning solutions
  • Able to demonstrate experience of using a CRM system
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge of a 2nd language(desirable not essential)
