Description
We are looking for an Aesthetician with a minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapist qualification to join our nurse-led clinic in Hitchin.
This position will be part-time initially with flexible hours and days, potentially transitioning to full-time for the right candidate once the brand new clinic opens in June 2024.
Responsibilities:
Greet and ensure the comfort of clients at our clinic
Provide exceptional service performing various treatments including HydraFacial, chemical peels, micro-needling, laser hair removal, IPL skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency, Skin Pen, and Dermalux LED
Manage appointment requests and client communication
Support administrative tasks for smooth clinic operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
Qualifications:
Level 3 Beauty Therapist qualification with additional certifications in relevant treatments
Demonstrated high level of patient care and risk assessment skills
Strong interpersonal skills for excellent customer service
Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and phone call handling
Experience in appointment management with attention to detail
Passion for the field and willingness to stay updated on the latest trends
