- Support compliance with all food safety, health and safety, and internal audits within the restaurant.
- Ability to be flexible and adjust to high level customer demands.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a Michelin 1,2 or 3 star restaurant.
- Pre-opening experience would be great, but not essential.
- Ultimate understanding of 5* service.
- Good team player, flexible and adaptable.
- Strong organisation and management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with members and staff.

I am looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with Michelin star experience, to join the recently opened fine-dining restaurant in Mayfair that has already received outstanding reviews.
