An innovative property and construction practice, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join their growing team of 3, in their Central London office.

The Building Surveyor's role

This is a role for a Building Surveyor, who either has project monitoring experience or an interest in, you'll also be working on a range of other professional services, for residential, student accommodation and hotel schemes.

The successful Building Surveyor will be joining at a brilliant time for progression, with looks to triple the current Building Surveying team within the next 2 years, there will be room to work your way to Associate Director/Director and you'll receivefull support from managers.

The successful Building Surveyor will have

MRICS ideally, AssocRICS with the right experience
Previous consultancy/ private practice background
Residential/student accommodation experience would be beneficial
Project monitoring experience or interest
Happy to work autonomously, can hit the ground running, clientfacing demeanour
