    We are looking for an Associate/Senior Associate/ Director to join our Construction & Projects (non-contentious) division in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm.

    You will have the opportunity to be involved in high-quality cases, working with our top-clients. The role will involve; drafting, review and negotiation of forward funding agreements, building contracts, appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, guarantees etc. The work involved will also include drafting, review and negotiation of construction aspects of development agreements, agreements for lease and facility agreements. You will also assist on projects work on a project-by-project basis.

    You must have a passion for non-contentious, construction work and be pragmatic and results-focussed with the ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales. We are looking for candidates with a positive attitude, a focus on quality and a determination to provide first-class service. There will be scope for career progression within this role.
