    Are you a Senior Engineer seeking the step up to Project Manager?

    RGB are supporting a Civil Engineering contractor to assist them in sourcing the very best talent within Civil Engineering with the South of England.

    As a company they currently deliver, design and build projects across Highways, Groundworks, Rail, Structures, Buildings, Infrastructure, and Construction.

    Due to continued success as an opportunity has been created for a Project Manager to oversee a live project in Wiltshire.

    They are renowned for their expertise within construction currently supporting some of the biggest projects in the UK to include HPC, HS2, Crossrail as well as a number of design and build jobs.

    They are looking to recruit a PM to have overall responsibility for the Project as well as Making sure that all the aims of the project are met, as well as providing advice and agreeing project objectives from the points of view both of engineering and of the client's needs.

    Day to day duties will include:
    • Manage all communication with clients for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.
    • Administer all civil engineering projects, prepare drafts and estimate of all fees and draft all proposals to be presented to clients and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.
    • Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff evaluate all work and provide required training to manage all projects efficiently.
    • Monitor all marketing and development activities for civil projects.
    • Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to scope of all projects.
    • Evaluate and coordinate with various departments to oversee all private and municipal projects and prepare required technical reports for all engineering activities and make presentations at various meetings.
    Due to the nature of the projects the successful candidate must have demonstratable experience of the following criteria:
    • An industry applicable qualification
    • Demonstratable civil engineering experience within heavy civils
    • Ideally 8 plus years' experience of working on large scale Civil Engineering projects
    • Previous experience in management or supervisory roles
    • Competent understanding of Health & Safety regulations
    • Full driver's license SMTS, CSCS
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
