- Liaisewith customers technicians and team leader.

- Support Team Leads to find improved ways ofworking.
- Manage and coach other PlanningAgents in the use of AIRA systems.
- Support andwork closely with technicians to ensure capacity is mosteffectively resourced.
- Book materials createpurchase orders and coordinate delivery of materials.
- Be aware of the current performance of theteams and use this knowledge and gained experience to optimize theservice operations.
- Receive forecasts from thecentral function implement optimizations and improvements and feedback results either directly or through the TeamLead.

About the role
The Planning Agent is responsiblefor effective capacity allocation to meet customer demand. Throughclose collaboration with the planning and logistics teams as wellas technical colleagues you will ensure we are able to deliveroutstanding customer service. This role is based at our brand newoffice in Glasgow as part of a wider planning and customer serviceteam.
