The role:

  • Now looking for a
    Buyer to develop valuedriven sourcing strategies and deliver against commercial targets.
  • To be the focal point for in scope categories and manage supplier performance through insights and market intelligence.
  • The
    Buyerwill be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and managing new and existing suppliers and ensuring agreed SLAs and KPIs are met.
  • Responsible for driving improvements and change projects in the team through effective analysis of performance and challenges
  • Experience in FMCG Buying / Procurement function ideally within Food Ingredients
  • Strong negotiation experience with track record of success
  • Numerate and skilled in data analysis and insights
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Project management experience
