    Job Overview:

    As a Medicare Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of licensed agents who support clients in selecting the best Medicare plans to meet their health care needs. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, maintain excellent customer service and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Recruit and train licensed agents.

    Manage and coach licensed agents to ensure sales targets are met.

    Provide feedback and performance evaluations to agents to improve performance.

    Develop sales strategy and support agents in implementing it for achieving sales targets.

    Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses to inquiries.

    Manage plan enrollment, renewal and retention.

    Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures.

    Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals.

    Provide trainings to agents on new policies, products, and services as they become available in the marketplace.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    Valid State Insurance License - must have completed Certification for Medicare.

    Previous managerial experience in the health insurance sector, preferably in Medicare.

    Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

    Experience managing sales agents' performances metrics .

    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines while meeting objectives.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Knowledgeable of marketing techniques and strategies with a proven track record of successful sales.

    Working Conditions:

    The role requires working flexible hours with the potential for travel depending on the location of equipment or customer. It can be a fast-paced and high-pressure environment, especially during the commission season. Medicare Broker Managers typically work in an office setting, making phone calls or meeting clients in person.

    As a Medicare Broker Manager, you will have the opportunity to help people access the benefits they need for good health care outcomes. A passion for helping people, strong work ethic and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this role.
