West Yorkshire Combined Authority is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Due Diligence Officer to join our dynamic Commercial team.


In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Policy, Process, and Systems Manager and will be focused primarily on the coordination of all commercial due diligence activity across the organisation into one cohesive system.


The role also includes the responsibility to provide advice and guidance to the organisation on the appropriate level, type and method of due diligence to be applied in different situations and input to the risk assessment of future business relationships based on national and international regulations.


As the first point of contact for commercial due diligence, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively manage and monitor the authority's due diligence activity.

Your attention to detail and strong understanding of compliance requirements will guarantee our adherence to transparency standards.

The Role
***Reporting to the Policy, Process and Systems Manager, the role will comprise the following responsibilities: As a driving force behind our Commercial function, you'll take responsibility for the coordination of commercial due diligence activity across the organisation

Provide advice and guidance to the organisation on the appropriate level, type and method of due diligence to be applied in different situations.

Input to the risk assessment of future business relationships based on national and international regulations.
