- A proven track record of negotiating and managing procurement agreements.

We are searching for an attorney with a strong knowledge of SaaS Products, privacy regulations, and procurement program management to navigate complex legal and compliance challenges.
Responsibilities:
· Privacy Program Management:
o Develop and implement comprehensive privacy programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with global privacy regulations, including CPRA and GDPR.
o Provide guidance on data protection, data processing, and compliance with privacy regulations for SaaS products.
· Data Privacy Compliance:
o Monitor and assess the company's compliance with global data privacy regulations, ensuring data protection practices are consistently followed.
o Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk assessments related to data processing activities.
· Procurement Program Management:
o Lead procurement program management efforts, including the negotiation, drafting, and review of procurement agreements and contracts.

· Vendor Management:
