About Our Client:

The client is a global company operating in the hospitality and catering industry. They provide luxury hotels, resorts, and residence with a total of 33 properties worldwide.

They create a great working environment by providing top tier training to colleagues and fostering a fun and sociable culture.

This role is based in their office in the City of London.

Accounts Payable (Hybrid Working) - Luxury Hospitality duties:

  • Take charge of the Accounts Payable function for the corporate entities
  • Create new suppliers and processing, ensuring correct coding and approval of invoices
  • Liaison with financial accountants to assist with monthly and annual financial statements
  • Assist with creating month end reports
  • Reviewing credit card and cash expense reports
  • Petty cash
  • Assisting with month end intercompany debit notes
  • Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Developing relationships with other international offices

The Successful Applicant:


Accounts Payable (Hybrid Working) - Luxury Hospitality criteria:

  • Attitude and personality is key
  • Previous AP experience
  • Month end experience desirable but this can be trained
