Responsibilities of a Compliance Administrator:

Using an existing QA process to manage and monitor the sales calls made by protection advisors
Marking the calls against a set scoring sheet
Providing constructive and coherent feedback on calls
Working with the compliance team to help with delivering weekly feedback to senior management
