    Software QA Engineer (for Music Education Software)

    Luminary ROLI is looking for a Software QA Engineer for the LUMI Music App, the software that drives our music learning platform LUMI.

    LUMI is changing how people play and learn music by offering an integrated hardware and software experience for knowing how to play the piano.

    As a Software QA Engineer, you will ensure the quality of innovative software products across various platforms.

    You will work closely with the Software and QA Teams to plan, execute, and document tests for our existing products and new products in development, focusing on Luminary ROLI's creator experience.

    The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with mobile apps and devices and playing the piano.

    Knowledge and a keen interest in software testing that demonstrates key competencies are also necessary to succeed in this role.

    Work closely with the QA Team and Software Development Team to maintain a high level of quality throughout the development process.

    Assist in various QA activities including:

    Advocate for user interests by employing manual testing and music theory knowledge, continuously seeking areas of improvement in software quality and providing constructive feedback to the team.

    Experience working with mobile apps and web technologies
    Proficiency in playing the piano and an understanding of music theory
    Clear and articulate communication skills, with excellent written English
    Familiarity with Agile development processes and knowledge of bug tracking systems (e.g. Experience with coding or test automation
