    • The Release Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth integration of infrastructure and middleware upgrades, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, managing documentation, maintaining accountability for service level agreements (SLAs), conducting postdeployment analysis, and fostering effective communication among internal teams and stakeholders.
    • The Release Manager will run releases, manage associated tickets, and collaborate with teams to verify and resolve issues during release processes. Releases primarily occur outside standard hours, requiring flexibility and commitment to ensuring successful outcomes.

    • Bachelor's degree in information technology
    • 5+ years business experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
    • 3-4 years of ITIL Processes for Release, Change and Configuration Management or Project Management Experience.
    The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, preferably in software development, quality assurance, or related fields. A strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, release management principles, and testing practices is essential.

    • Experience using JIRA, Atlassian products, confluence and Agile.
