If you have an eye for detail, and have an understanding of the sensitivity and confidentiality involved in the delivery of a contraception, sexual health and HIV services we want you to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, that meets the contraception, sexual health and HIV care and treatment needs of people of Coventry and surrounding areas.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time enthusiastic and committed Health Clinic Assistant's at Band 2 to provide high quality services to the Coventry community and surrounding areas, who access Integrated Sexual Health Services (ISHS).


Training and support will be provided for you to undertake both phlebotomy and chaperoning duties in addition to completing your Care Certificate.

The service is open Monday to Saturday, with evening clinics weekly, while also supporting outreach services.

You must be willing to work across all aspects of the service where appropriate, including evenings and weekends, and be able to meet the travel requirements of the Trust.

Integrated Sexual Health Services Coventry is a responsive and forward thinking service that is dedicated to putting the patient first.

We provide services from our "hub" based at City of Coventry Health Centre and also within the community via our Outreach Service and Sub-Contracted Providers.

The service recently launched a new dedicated user-friendly Website along with other Service Improvement initiatives ensuring the service continues to meet the needs of the people of Coventry.


Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.


Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

To work flexibly and be supportive within the Integrated Model of Sexual Health Services and actively get involved and encourage Patient and Public Involvement as a fundamental part of this post


To carry out tasks supporting direct care of patients attending ISHS which includes screening and treatment of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI's) and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and other related genital conditions and assisting Clinicians with the provision of Contraception.

Work as an effective team member of ISHS to provide patients with a high standard of care.
