Job Description:
We are looking for an office coordinator to help across 2 office spaces, one in Liverpool (circa 85 people) and one in London (circa 15 people).
The role will be based in Liverpool and will require at least 4 days based in the office, with occasional travel to London.
This is a newly created role following our growth, will be working autonomously and include the following responsibilities:- Organisation of external suppliers regarding the office
- Organisation of ordinary and emergency maintenance work
- Supervision and organisation of all office related needs
- Recurring checks of office equipment and supplies and placing of orders
- Welcoming external guests and helping with preparation for meetings (supplies and technicalities)
- First point of contact for external queries
- Management of travel and transfers for employees
- Agenda management of meetings as and when required
- Support in organising internal and external events
- Organisation of onboarding for new employees, linking with the central team to ensure equipment is ready
- Responsible for an office based in London, with travel to the London office once a quarter
- To work with central team for global compliance reporting
- Contributing to making Sentric a great place to work, including engagement initiatives
- Working on a project around a new office space
Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of 35 years of experience on a similar position
- You demonstrate ability to handle multiple highpriority tasks in a fastpaced environment
- You pay specific attention to detail, you are highly organized and have a methodical approach to work
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working within a team and independently
- You demonstrate good skills in Excel and Google drive
- You are positive, sociable and can do and solutionfocused approach to problem solving.
