Our client, a Local Authority based in the Home Counties is seeking a locum Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on an ongoing basis, pending permanent recruitment.
Our client is seeking a Property Lawyer to join their legal services team on a hybrid basis. Our client is ideally seeking a candidate able to attend the office weekly, but fortnightly attendance would be considered.
Responsibilities of the Property Lawyer:
The successful Property Lawyer will be working within a small, friendly team, holding responsibility for a mixed caseload of property matters, which may include both commercial and residential property matters.
