    What you will do:


    • Lead short, mid and long-term insight-led planning for marketing campaigns and initiatives working closely with brand, marketing, customer communications and delivery teams


    • You are an extension of the campaign and operations teams ensuring effective planning to deliver initiatives aligned to bank objectives to drive revenue growth and deepen customer relationships across all channels


    • Challenge ways of working and drive to improve operational effectiveness including documenting and embedding processes, establishing RACIs and SLAs across brand and marketing and with stakeholders across the bank ensuring efficient and effective delivery of campaigns and speed to market


    • Manage the scheduling of creative and operational resource including designers, copywriters, CRM and digital delivery


    • Manage monthly, quarterly and annual roadmaps and prioritisation aligned to bank and marketing objectives


    • Ensure visibility and drive alignment of key stakeholder strategies and incorporate into wider business and marketing plans


    • Manage internal stakeholder relationships for marketing, influencing plans to ensure the right approach and plans meet the broader business needs


    • Interface into the digital and technology value streams representing marketing requirements and liaising back with the team


    • Develop project management systems and identify tools to improve planning and operations across the team including Jira


    • Produce capacity and output reports monthly, quarterly or as required using the insight to improve future production and planning


    • Develop and lead measurement framework for marketing KPIs, reporting back insights monthly, quarterly and as required


    • Support with ad hoc requests and key projects including Consumer Duty


    • You will organise your own busy workload across long and short term projects but have the ability to react quickly if required

    What you will need:


    • Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders


    • 4+ years of experience in any or all of the following: Project management, go-to-market manager, marketing planning or operations


    • Have a good understanding of the retail and business sectors, the bank's objectives and marketing strategy


    • Experience working across the full scope of marketing and understanding of marketing metrics


    • Strong experience in resource and capacity planning and management


    • Strong understanding of complex business structures


    • Solid understanding of project management tools


    • Excellent project management skills and project management tooling


    • Understanding of complex business structure and ability to work in a collaborative environment
