- It will be key for you to maintain and update information systems and databases to ensure that service transactions are completed accurately.
- You will provide advice and respond to queries from customers, contacts, external organisations and colleagues ensuring that they receive appropriate guidance about policies, procedures and processes whilst ensuring effective working relationships are maintained.
- It will be your responsibility to undertake a varied range of administrative tasks.
- You will work on projects, ensuring written reports are compiled, support is provided, and records are accurate which will help to inform decision making. This will involve carrying out research, collating data, presenting information and accurately recording budgets.
- It is essential that you have relevant knowledge and experience of working in an organisation that delivers a range of financial and data processing services, including paying and raising invoices and using electronic systems.
- You will have the ability to analyse and evaluate standard information from a range of sources in order to inform judgements and make decisions.
- Given the nature of this role good interpersonal skills are essential, as you will need to communicate with a diverse range of people.
- You will have a good understanding and experience in the use of IT within a Finance setting.
- Ideally you would need Knowledge of Dynamics D & CIVICA Financials.
