The Role
Our technology is used by thousands of companies and affects millions of lives.

You will be responsible for working with strategic accounts, winning new business for Causeway and will be targeted on securing new annual recurring revenue.

You will be meeting with prospective customers in the construction/built environment sector across the UK, ensuring that you understand their business and current objectives.

Using this information, you will sell a range of products and solutions to match their needs using a value-based sales strategy.


You will work with our Marketing, Inside Sales and Sales Engineering teams to successfully create high-value, qualified sales opportunities and manage them through to a successful conclusion to deliver your sales target.


Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets
  • Develop and manage a multiyear plan to maximise sales success
  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and influencers to position Causeway as the preferred supplier prior to, and during, procurement processes, as well as to identify new and emerging opportunity.
  • Understand and influence potential customer decisionmaking process and guide them to positive decisions and outcomes on Causeway's proposals.
  • Ensure that terms of business with new customers are suitable and enable the business to recognize recurring revenue as quickly as possible.
  • Work with the Customer Success, Marketing and Inside Sales teams to produce campaigns and events to generate new opportunities to deliver target pipeline coverage.

The essentials we need from you:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience of closing enterprise software sales working to the pressures of a driven and growing sales organisation.
  • Proven experience of closing sales involving multiple decisionmakers and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate and influence complex decisionmaking and buying processes.
  • Ability to competitively outthink other suppliers.
  • Ability to understand potential customer objectives and align solutions to these, positioning a tangible ROI through the adoption of technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work to a personal target, being autonomous and managing time effectively to maximise effectiveness across your territory.
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team with excellent collaboration skills to define and drive execution of business plans.

Desirable skills:


  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Degree level, diploma or equivalent education preferred.
